We get very eager when we order stuff too so we understand. IMDEEPAK is a small team and we do our best to get all orders shipped within 1-3 business days of being ordered. We prioritize orders that have opted for express delivery. Our warehouse is open Mon-Saturday and is dedicated to providing accurate and timely service. We appreciate your patience (especially during sale seasons).

This is a great question, and we are happy you asked. A little insight into our business is that we are much smaller than you think. We are a team of less than 20 employees from top to bottom and pride ourselves on providing a living wage throughout our entire supply chain from the family-owned factories that we have worked with for over a decade, to our in-house warehouse and fulfillment team, to our design team and beyond. Along with that we are always striving to produce our products in limited quantities to cut down on waste and also to be able to use materials that are not harmful to you or the environment. Long story short, there are a lot of shortcuts that a business can take to juice profits out of its customers and staff, we try to do the opposite. One secret to staying in business over 15 years is supplying the best quality we can while maintaining the lowest price possible in order to provide you with a product that you and we can be proud of.
